Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of dogs and homes since I was 14, and so have 12 years of pet- and house-sitting experience. You can rely on me for numerous daily walks, active play dates, timely medicine provision, prescribed feedings, and even teeth cleaning. I was a proud dog-owner from birth until college, but currently don’t have any pets of my own.

I’m so happy I found Talula to watch my pup!! She kept my place so clean, and sent plenty of updates throughout. I could tell my dog was having the best time and getting all the love, treats, playtime and walks that she could ever want. I hope to use Talula for all my dog watching needs.
Talula did an amazing job with my pups while I was away and went above and beyond in making me confident that they were in great hands. The dogs really seemed to warm up to her quick—my younger one really loved the extra exercise to allow the older guy to nap as long as he pleased. Can’t say enough great things about how she went the extra mile to customize her care for the two of them. Also, worth mentioning that my house was just as I left it :) I will def be rebooking for all future trips!!
Talula is phenomenal. She took amazing care of my pup - I could tell they bonded immediately, and that my pup was having a great time in good hands with every picture. She spent hours at the park with my dog playing fetch (my dog's favorite thing) at least two of the four days I was gone. She was easy to communicate with and sent me multiple updates and photos a day. She listened carefully to instructions, my place was in better shape on return than I left it, and she's even improving the lives of my plants. I've already rebooked her for my next travel and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a sitter.

I have a very safe, gated 850 sqft apartment right off of South Congress. My complex has two fenced-in dog parks with ample space for running around plus playtime opportunities for your dog to socialize with other pets, while being under close supervision. There are a variety of clean/safe residential areas, public trails, and community parks within minutes from where I live that I walk around often, and would be happy for your dog to be my exercise buddy! I don’t have any pets or roommates, therefore I often find myself wishing I had cute doggos to care for! In my home they will be allowed on furniture and out on the balcony. In your home, I will respect whatever boundaries you have in place for your pets :)

Is your dog friendly to other dogs / animals / people? Are there any particular feeding habits that I should know about? Any allergies or medications? Any particular distractions that might make your dog tug at my arm extra hard? Do you allow the dog on furniture?
A typical day
Activities will include walking, jogging, playing fetch/with toys, snuggling on the couch, toilet time, and water breaks. I love going to the Clarksville Dog Park, Red Bud Isle, Watering Bowl, and local hiking paths. I live near the Greenbelt so am also familiar with these trails! When I run out for errands, I usually like to bring the dog I’m caring for with me. Whatever/wherever you are comfortable with your dog exploring, I can oblige.

Availability
I currently work part-time but with an extremely flexible schedule. I have availability for your precious pooch during early mornings, lunchtime/midday, early evenings, and late nights, including weekends. Can adapt my schedule easily since I create my own hours. I would be happy to help you out with dog walking / dog sitting / house sitting as long as I can plan ahead for it in my calendar! I take myself on a few walks everyday (with or without animals) so would appreciate the company of your pet!
