I’ve been a dog trainer for about 3 years now. I currently do that professionally, but I also love walking and spending time with dogs who I’m not training. I also know what it’s like to leave my dog home alone while I’m working and I love to have someone I trust to watch and take him out, and I want to be that person for people.

She provided us with updates and was so respectful of our home which is such an important quality for a dog sitter to have. A typical day
I love to meet the dog where it is and make sure to stimulate them in a way that they would enjoy. I like doing both mental and physical stimulation and know all sorts of fun games for them. As a trainer I understand a dogs body language and cues and use those to determine our day. Whether we are going to do a long walk and some mental games or have a shorter day depends on the dog and what they’re up for.

I have a flexible schedule that changes weekly depending on my training/sitting clients. I work my schedule around when dogs need me and try to make my time work for as many dogs as possible!
