Pet care experience
Hey there, I'm Talia! I've been a dog groomer since the moment I turned 18, I started out as a Bather and I've recently worked my way up to a stylist! I've dealt with any breed from tiny Chihuahuas to Great Danes and Newfoundland's. I have plenty of experience in caring for dogs, not just at my job though. When I was younger, around the age of 14-15, I used to dog and cat sit for my neighbors and friends in Missouri. I only did it a handful of times, but I can safely say I will be able to handle anything you may need! I have plenty of fond memories of pet sitting for my neighbor, Stan, who had two little Pomeranians and a gorgeous Ragdoll cat. I myself own two dogs with my family; a Pomeranian mix and a beagle/pointer mix, both adopted from local shelters. I have owned cats and dogs my entire life, even before these current ones we've had so many. 3 parakeets named Blueberry, Pickles and Elsa. Two leopard geckos named Honey and Smokey, they were my personal pets and I unfortunately had to give them up when I moved to Oklahoma. Other pets aside, I really do hope you'll consider me! I can safely say I'll be up for any job you may have. Even the odd ones! I can do it all 😁

Talia is awesome. She took great care of our pets. We met with her a week before to go over everything and meet the pups and you could see her love of animals. She texted pics, ideas & updates and left a detailed log from her time here. Highly recommend!

I would not feel comfortable caring for someone's pet in my own home as I do still live with my other dogs and I don't want to risk anything bad happening by bringing your pet into their territory. I have my own car and I can 100% get to your home, and I am extremely reliable. I don't like being late to things, in fact its to the point I force myself to arrive to events 10-15 minutes before schedule, so I can assure you I would never miss a scheduled visit. I do offer over night services if needed, but only on Friday and Saturday nights. Sunday can vary, but I do typically have to work on Monday morning so it really just depends on your location. I can also do simple services like walking as long as your dog is leash trained, I can do scheduled check ins throughout the weekends and overnights if you don't prefer for me to stay there. As I said, it will all depend on what services you need!

Let me know as much information about your pet as possible! The more I know, the better I'll be able to care for them. Don't be afraid to tell me about their issues, I promise I wouldn't turn them away because of that. I've handed plenty of special needs dogs before along with seniors. I just want to know as much as possible before bringing your dog into my care!
A typical day
If your dog loves walks, go ahead and plan on that! I enjoy nothing more than talking babies around the block a few times and watching how excited they get at all the new smells and sights! If your dogs a playful one, I always keep some toys in my trunk for dogs of varying sizes to enjoy! Your dogs a couch potato and doesn't like to move much? Well consider me the perfect cuddle buddy, we'll throw on a movie and chill all night if we have to!

Availability
My schedule typically varies considering I do work full time at the moment. My usual free days are Tuesday and Wednesday, but that doesn't mean I'll be busy all day every day. I typically work for 6-8 hours at a time with breaks in-between, so if I were needed on a weekend to watch your babies I would be able to easily leave work to check on them. I update my schedule regularly with my availability.
