Pet care experience
I've been working in pet care for 8 years now! I've been on Rover for 6 and 2 years prior working for a doggy daycare. I've also owned a whole bunch of my own animals throughout the years. Currently I have 2 dogs, 2 cats, a rabbit, sixteen chickens, and 4 large fish tanks. But, they're in good hands when I'm away to take care of others animals! I have worked with all breeds, sizes, temperaments, ages, and special needs dogs. A little more about me: I have a Bachelor's degree in art, tutor English and writing, volunteer as a crisis counselor for a text line, and I'm an assistant scuba instructor. I plan to go back for a second Bachelor's in marine biology, but it will be online so I'll still have a flexible schedule to work. I own a reliable vehicle and am a very responsible young adult so your pups, cats, etc. will be in good hands. I offer fair prices for excellent care!

Taima did a great job with our two coonhounds for house sitting during our two weeks away. She kept in touch with photos. Our babies were happy and house was well kept when we returned home.

Taima was absolutely great! This was our first experience having someone stay at the house with our 2 dogs and our first booking with Rover. It could not have gone any better. She was great at communicating before the stay and sending pictures during the stay. We felt very comfortable the entire time (4 days) that our pups were being treated well. We will absolutely book with Taima again!!! Highly recommend!!!

I'm not picky with the dogs I accept. But for the dogs well being I do like to be informed about food allergies, medications, separation anxiety, any phobias, etc.
A typical day
I love walks through the woods and on trails, it gives me and the dogs time to appreciate nature and get a breath of fresh air. I also play a lot of fetch and give a lot of snuggles!

Availability
This has been my main source of income for several years now so anything else I do is scheduled around pet care. My volunteer work and when I'm in school is online so I always have a flexible schedule to be accommodating.
