Pet care experience
I am a Physician Assistant, who has lived in NYC their entire life! I have two cats (Buttons & Zipper) that are the loves of my life. I understand behavioral cues and, I have experience socializing with both dogs and cats as I've been a volunteer at Bideawee animal shelters. I'm able to clearly indicate what I can or cannot do, and I'd love to get to know you and your dog/cat! For safety reasons, I would like to bring my s/o with me on house-sitting visits (w/meet and greet), we have 2 cats together and he has also volunteered at shelters with me -- if that is not something you are comfortable with, please let me know and I can accommodate!

I treat animals as I would want to be treated. I love animals so much, they make me feel like life is really worth living. Animals are selfless, and loving even when the world is oftentimes cruel. To make sure your pets feel safe on walks, and house visits I always check the area prior to walkies. Before house-sits, I like to meet the little friend before doing anything for everyone's safety.

Aren't all dogs special in their own way? Please just let me know your pet's personality and temperament in case there is any concern that I would not be the best person fit to look after them. I want to make sure all parties involved are safe and anxiety-free.
A typical day
I love long walks, and cuddle sessions on the couch. At home we can play "Find the treats" and with any other toys available (ex. bubbles)! Be prepared for A LOT of photos and videos of your furry friend -- I don't hold back with the updates (> w <)!!

I have full availability on the weekends. I generally can not stay overnight, but I can pop in for visits prior to sleeping, and after waking up.
