I’ve had my own dog since being in college. My weaknesses has always been dogs, but I love cats also. I had a Saint Bernard for 11 years and am looking to fill the dog void :)

I do not have a fenced in yard, but I do have 2 acres of land and am more than willing to get a dog run. The house is all hardwood floors and tile in case accidents happens. Depending on if your dog chews, I will most likely put up baby gates to keep out of certain rooms.

I work from home full-time. I will be around to walk your dog, feed, play, take out, and help train if needed. The only place I really go to during the day is the gym.
