I have lived in London for 6 years (originally from Australia.) I grew up with an Irish setter/spaniel cross and a golden retriever. When I wasn't caring for or walking them I also walked and fed my grandmother's pint sized terriers. Over the years I've been trusted with house sitting and dog sitting breeds of all shapes and sizes. Now I'm settled in my own flat and working from home I want the chance to look after other people's dogs, giving them a comfy spot on the couch in the day or simply providing walks in the morning and the evening. I also keep some basic PPE in case it's required. There are parks in every direction from my place so plenty of green spaces for your dog to explore.
