One of the things that sets me apart is my experience with different animals that have a wide array of various needs. Having two 13-year-old feline companions that require medication administration, having tended to a dog with seizures, and caring for a 16 year old dog has given me tons of insight on the care and extra safety measures required to keep these special babies safe. Learn your house rules and preferences and be familiar with the pet's training history and favorite toys or treats.
A typical day
During a day of pet sitting, I’d start with a morning walk and some basic training exercises. Engaging with puppy in games like fetch or frisbee, followed by interactive toy play and maybe even a trip to the dog park for socialization. Provide opportunities for relaxation and quiet play. It's essential to balance physical activity, mental stimulation, and downtime to keep dogs happy.
