I am very experienced with dogs. I grew up in a house that bred chorkies (half chihuahua/half yorkies) and had an Australian Shepherd and Flat-Coated Retriever along my side the entire time. When I went to college I walked an older man's dog 7 days a week for him for 4 years. Then after, 5 days a week for 2 more. It wasn't out of the way for me because I love dogs! I value exercise (running, walking, hiking, ect.) and dog training. I would love to make your dog feel at home with me while you are away because I know that any pet is also apart of the family.

Tabetha is wonderful with my senior dogs! She communicated to me the first time she cared for them how Buster alerted her that he was done with a walk. No signs of limping, but I eventually brought him to the vet and Buster has severe arthritis. Tabetha was patient and followed feeding instructions for Buster since he can be a little picky. I'm glad to have Tabetha care for my dogs when I have to go out of town.
Tabetha watched our sweet and very energetic young dog for a full day while my husband and I were at work, and he clearly had a blast! She sent frequent updates and photos, and he got along great with her pup as well. We'll definitely be looking to book with Tabetha again!
Tabetha is incredibly sweet and kind to our Honey 🍯. She is excellent at sharing lots of pupdates and fun photos and videos. I feel so secure knowing when our pup is with her.
Tabetha was amazing. We felt so safe leaving our dog with her. He was clearly loved in and cared for. We will absolutely be using her services again. She went above and beyond for us.

I have a large fenced in backyard and pets are allowed to go on my furniture. I can't wait to make them feel comfortable and loved during there doggy-vacation. During longer stays or daycare I will be sure to give your dog plenty of cuddles and walks. I have one very friendly Springer Spaniel to keep them company and a spacious home to keep them separated if needed. However, I've never met a dog or child my dog hasn't wooed over. She's was even given special privileges to work with me and kids at a local elementary school! My house-mate also has a retriever mix who is friendly, calm, and loves long naps in the sun. She plays nice and gives space easily when needed.

I would like to know the basics; -is your dog potty trained? -does your dog get along well with other dog? -are treats allowed? -will you allow for my own (trained) dog to join in on walks, sittings, and other engagements or services I will provide?
A typical day
I usually scope out the neighborhoods surrounding the dog owner's estate before walking the dog(s) to find the best walking route suited for them. I have taken dogs to parks, hiking trails and beaches to allow the dog to play fetch, practice training, run, swim, ect. Once the dog is more comfortable with me or shows signs of needing to relieve more energy, I may venture off to these further locations beyond the usual walking path if that is something you allow. Pets are no stranger to happy buckled in car-rides with me and I love to see them relieve built in energy.

Availability
I am working part-time from home. My schedule is flexible and I am willing to check-in with your dog last minute because I know life gets busy sometimes. Whether it be boarding, day care or at home drop-ins, I will be sure to prioritize your best friend no matter what day of the week or hour.
