I have always had dogs and cats in my life and treat them as part of my family. In college I started pet sitting for friends and wanted to understand their different behaviors. A trainer trained me, and I bought books and taught myself more. Being able to read most of the time a dog's reaction made me a lot more comfortable and confident to walk into strangers' homes and convince any breed of dog to go out with me. I am very patient and it's important that the dog enjoys our interaction while strictly following owner's guidelines. I have enjoyed working with dogs others rejected for minor issues: shy, anxious, too big and energetic, small and energetic, untrained puppy, hard to handle, pulls or has a disability, too old, etc. I believe every pet should feel secure and loved as part of a family, and deserves to enjoy life to the fullest at all times!
