We had such a great experience with TA & family! Leaving our cats (Coco and Otis) for 10+ days for the first time was somewhat nerve-racking for us, especially for my 10 years old son who was so worried. The moment we met TA, however, we were immediately put at ease. She is so wonderful, and we could immediately sense her genuine care for kittens. Throughout our time away, TA made sure to keep us posted with photos and updates from the cats. Comm with TA was super easy, as she was incredibly responsive, proactive and accommodating. Her updates and comments were super reassuring, and I could tell she was engaging with the cats and paying attention to their personalities and needs. She also had a super thoughtful way of integrating them with her cats, Sona and Surma, not rushing the process, but taking it at the cats pace, step by step. It took a little longer than I expected for one of my cats, Coco, but TA was thoughtful enough to give opportunities for Coco to explore the whole apartment on her own (vs having her locked in one bedroom the whole time). All in all, it was obvious she was genuinely thinking about the well-being and comfort of all the kittens. Huge thank you TA & family for providing such loving care to Coco and Otis, and giving us peace of mind needed while we were away! We are so glad we found them, and we would re-book with them anytime.

T checked in on our shy kitty for a few days. We felt at ease knowing he was being checked up on even if he didn’t come out from under the couch! But T was able to lure him out with patience and his favorite treats. Highly recommend T to take care of your furry family and I plan to book with her again for an upcoming trip!
