Reviews
Sylvie was very friendly and professional, as well as helpful when my giant pup was too afraid to walk in the door. Loved the picture updates showing me that he got settled in. I would definitely return and recommend her services.
She was so good with my shy dog! We will be booking again!
We felt 100% comfortable with Sylvie and Brad caring for our dogs. They loved yhem to bits and cared for our special need older dog with no issues. If you need a sitter, these folks are the BEST!
My dog stayed with Sylvie 4 days/3 nights and had a great time! We received pictures throughout the day and she always kept us updated. Sylvie was very accommodating for our pick up / drop of time and will definitely be booking back in the next time we are in town! Thanks again! :)

We use extra-tall baby gates to separate your pup from the house dog until we know everyone is well-acquainted. We have multiple sets of dishes, beds, blankets, toys, and treats on-hand for you pup! Our backyard is fully fenced, and is accessible via a patio door directly from the house. If your dog requires a solo stay, please let us know. Additional fees may apply. We can accept a maximum of three dogs from the same household at a time.

Information Sylvie S. would like to know about your pet
We do NOT accept males who are not neutered. All male dogs must be neutered prior to coming into our care. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please let us know. Each dog coming into our care is required to shore proof of vaccinations before check-in. We'll need to know about your pets dietary restrictions, feeding plan, and supervisory needs. We will also need to know if your pet needs to be crated while the human isn't directly supervising them (such as when the human is showering!). Crates are provided if needed.
A typical day
The Human works from home and has scheduled breaks for play and bathroom throughout the day, every 1.5-2.5h, depending on the day. If your furry friend needs out in between scheduled breaks, the home office is on the ground level, so it will be easy to get the Human's attention. Please note that there are other pets who live here full-time: Guinea Pigs live in their own separate room, and we have one senior dog (female, spayed). If your dog is friendly, they will have a friend to play with! If your dog is more of a lone ranger, the house dog is retired and is happy to spend the day snoozing away in the basement or in the spare room while the guest dog enjoys the rest of the house. Baby Gates make separation easy and flexible for slow introductions, to give space to food-defensive pups, and for peace of mind if needed.

Availability
The humans work from home and care for pets throughout the day during regularly scheduled breaks and meal times. Pets are welcome to lounge in the home office during office hours for extra snuggles and supervision. Untrained dogs cannot come for day care on weekdays: the humans need to be able to work without excessive commotion during working hours. NOTE ON DROP-IN SERVICES AND WALKS: we do not provide multiple drop-in visits or multiple walk visits per day to the same household. If your pet needs more than one visit per day, please seek out day care or boarding.
