This was our first time using Rover and Sylvie was absolutely amazing!!!! Rocky was so excited to stay with Sylvie during our 5 nights away. She organized a pre-stay meeting between Rocky and her pup Lilly, who is so sweet! While we were away, Sylvie sent us photos of Rocky everyday (and he always looked so happy) and made sure she was available for any questions we had. She was also really helpful and flexible with pick up and drop off planning. Have already started to recommend Sylvie to every dog owner we know in the area! I highly recommend Sylvie as a dog sitter. She stayed with my pup Ruthie in my apartment while I was away for Memorial Day weekend. It was my first time being away from my puppy, but I felt at ease knowing she was in such great hands. Sylvie is warm and affectionate with dogs, her love of animals was clear from the moment I saw her interact with Ruthie. While I was away, Ruthie went on several walks outside, got some quality playtime indoors during rainy days, and had lots of snuggles at night. Sylvie sent me updates and pictures throughout the weekend, and I came home to find my apartment in the same condition as when I left it, which I was thrilled about. I will not hesitate to book Sylvie again the next time I need a dog sitter!
