Sylvia seemed very excited to care for my service dog and that along with the reviews made me feel confident I made the right decision. I wrote a list of rules for my pup and was wanting to explain them, but I felt like I was being pushed away and unable to go through everything when we dropped him off. We had packed extra food for him just in case we were delayed. Most of the extra food was gone and we weren’t delayed. We were also told Sylvia gave my dog bread. That is not part of his diet. My service dog had diarrhea for 36 hours after we picked him up. It took him almost a week to eat an apple like he had been. It is obvious that Sylvia loves looking after dogs. She had so many wonderful reviews, I was confident. We were told my dog was separated because he didn’t get along with the other dogs. He got along perfectly with the dogs he was trained along side of. After we had picked up my dog, we were under the impression that perhaps Sylvia wasn’t the best choice for watching my dog.

Sylvia always does a great job with my pups and they come home super happy after their stay. Great sitter!
