Pet care experience
A true animal lover since birth. I have been a mom to dogs and cats. Recently brought a new puppy Boris to our family (Labrador). Fostered a few more while they were under the care of a Vet. They received love and any medications the doctor ordered. I have been in the medical field for 25 years and feel capable to house sitting with animals that may need extra attention. I am also a licensed Realtor which means a clear background, so your furbaby and home is safe with me. I do like to read to my dogs, but the cat doesn't care much. I am the lady that lets them on the sofa and on the bed so we can watch a movie. I will of course follow the house rules and if you prefer no furniture laying. I can cozy up with them on the floor.

This was our first time using Rover for our dogs! We really enjoyed the attention Sylvia gave to our babies, she treated them as if they were her dogs and went above and beyond what we expected. We appreciate all that she has done for us this weekend! Look forward to using her again!

Sylvia’s qualities as a pet sitter are admirable. She took a great amount of load from our shoulders and because of that we can be stress free for we know that our dogs are in good hands while we are gone. She’s so sweet with our babies and they truly show that they love having her around. I cannot settle down for anyone else other than her. We’re so thankful, she’s so caring, attentive and takes care of them so well.
Sylvia is absolutely wonderful with dogs. She is patient and loving with them. They love her in return. She takes them for walks, makes sure they're fed, and comfortable. I would highly recommend her.

A typical day
I do enjoy a dog park because I can give them a quick bath there before heading back home. The Riverwalk downtown is my favorite place to walk. Designated areas for dogs and we get to watch the boats go by.

I have a couple part time jobs that are flexible in scheduling so pet care can be added as needed. Morning is flexible and after 5pm
