Hello, we are Sylvia and Gary. We have 2 kids and a chocolate Labrador Phoebe. We can offer your dog a truly fun experience while you are away and keep you up to date with daily photos and videos. We live in a house with a spacious garden, doggy paddling pool in summer and plenty of dog toys to play with. Your pooch will also get lots of exercise at least once a day as we always go for a walk around the nature reserve which is right outside our house. This is really a doggy heaven, just ask our Phoebe! Our kids love dogs as they are growing up with Phoebe but also we have hosted friends’ dogs in the past and it’s always been fun for everyone. We are dog lovers and like to spoil our Phoebe with nice treats, trips to the beach, new parks to run around and toys to play with, and your dog will experience the same treatment.

I genuinely can't recommend Sylvia enough. My dog Brady had such and amazing time, recieved a huge amount of attention and love along with what seemed lots of adventures. Brady seemed to really trust the family and had lots of cuddles and was incredibly spoilt from the photos that were sent daily which was great. Will be using her again when we need !

Max stayed with Sylvia for one night 10/07/23 and had a great time. She looked after him really well, sent updates throughout the day with lots of pictures and a video so I could see how much fun Max was having which totally put my mind at rest. I would 100% recommend Sylvia
My two dogs have just returned from a stay at Sylvia’s home, they had a wonderful time with all the family. I was immediately put at ease when Sylvia met the dogs as she clearly enjoys her work and is very thorough and asks all the right questions regarding what your dog requires while boarding in her home, also the dogs absolutely loved her. I was able to leave them with complete peace of mind knowing they were being so well looked after, I would not hesitate to recommend Sylvia and will definitely be using Sylvia for any future trips

We have a spacious house with big living area and when it’s warm the door is always wide open to the garden. Your dog would have lots of room to run around and play, splash in the paddling pool or even have a go on a trampoline. We are a family of nature lovers so we tend to be out in the park every day and spend lots of time outdoors on the weekends and go to dog friendly beaches in summer. We have a good routine that works for us and Phoebe, she is a very hyperactive dog so needs a lot of exercise so we are used to lots of walkies and lots of zoomies.

We can only take dogs that are used to being around children and are not scared of other dogs. Spayed and neutered dogs preferred. They must be fully vaccinated.
A typical day
The dogs will be able to roam freely around the house and garden. We normally do a long walk in the park (the can be off lead) late morning and another short walk late afternoon. On the weekends we go exploring other parks in the area or going to the beach.

Availability
I work from home and I have a flexible schedule. I usually walk our Phoebe for about 1 hour in the morning and 30 minutes later in the afternoon.
