I have grown up with dogs and love being around them. I have a golden retriever at home still (he's about 13 now) and I had two springer spaniels when I was younger. Whenever my family members needed their dogs watched while they were away I was always the first to volunteer. Even my neighbors had me look after their pets (ranging from beagle to Newfoundland and German shepherds). I've been in love with dogs since I was young, reading dog breed books for fun in elementary school. I love dogs of all breeds and sizes and hope to one day own my own German shepherd dog. Since I am in college, I cannot yet have my own dog and that is why I would love to take care of yours!
