I have taken care of family pets since I was 11. I have experience pet sitting prior to Rover, and I have experience bringing my therapy dog to college students on campus.

Sydni was amazing! Our dog loved her and she sent some pictures of our boy while we were gone. We end up having a lot of last minute changes to our travel plans and Sydni was very flexible and accommodating. Highly recommend her! We definitely plan to book with her again.
Where do I begin? I messaged Sydni and explained that one of my dogs was a little on the aggressive side and he does well with a muzzle. She said she was comfortable, she came over, met all of our dogs, and said she wanted to move forward. Come time for her to house sit, I get a message that she couldn't handle our big dog and that she couldn't handle getting our other dogs back into their crate. We were out if State at this point sitting in an airport on our way to visit family. She left two of our dogs out of their crate to let them have multiple accidents in our house after I gave her tips to get them back in. Who leaves a family high and dry like that? We were getting ready to board our flight and I had to scramble to find a family member to run over and care for our dogs while we were out of town. I am beyond annoyed with the whole situation and will NEVER recommend this sitter. I don't think caring for animals is a good fit for her at all.
Sydni is very thoughtful and empathetic toward all living things, but when it comes to animals she has a special place in her heart. She is very kind and trustworthy, as well as structured and organized. Sydni has demonstrated the ability to set boundaries with her own pets to keep them on a schedule, keep them safe, and maintain a sense of control over the environment around them. I can recommend Sydni without reservation.

In my own home, I prefer to keep my pets on a schedule with walks and meal times. I let them roam freely in the house, but no counters or chairs where food would be served at or where work is done.

Whatever games or activities your dog takes to, I'd be happy to join in. Whether that be jogging, walks, tug-of-war, fetch, tag, or even a relaxing back massage at the end of the day.

Availability
Once I have a pet of my own, I am excited to incorporate them into my daily routine. Pet care gives me a sense of purpose in my day and keeps me motivated. When I am with my family pets during the weekends or holidays, I always start my day with putting them first and end my day spending time with them as well.
