Pet care experience
I have been volunteering with Guide Dogs for the Blind for three years now and have lots of experience caring for dogs of all ages and training puppies. I have also been dog sitting for my neighbors for about five years, and I am comfortable with all ages and breeds. I also have lots of experience caring for shy and timid dogs.
Reviews
Sydney was a life saver! I broke my foot and was on crutches so walks were out of the question and my two high energy dogs needed to get out of the house. Sydney was able to do a walk last minute after days of getting turned down by local businesses and other Rover walkers who were closer by.
Sydney is amazing! She always gave updates to make sure we were in the loop. Definitely will be booking again :)
Sydney is wonderful!
Sydney was on time and provided all of the services we contracted for her to do. :)

When puppy sitting I make sure the dogs get lots of exercise and play time. I take dogs on walks and if the owner approves also to a local dog park. I make sure to take the dogs out many times a day to avoid accidents and always have toys inside for them to play with. On particularly cold days I leave it up to the owner if they would like their dog to have outdoor play time. On muddy days I make sure to give the dog a quick bath upon return. I make sure water is always accessible and that the dogs get fed according to the owners request.
Information Sydney W. would like to know about your pet
I do not have breed preferences, I am open to all dogs. I live in a studio apartment so large dog owners should be aware, but I have had labs here often and it is plenty of space for them.
A typical day
Your dog can expect lots of walks to the local park (Scott Carpenter park) and trips to the dog park as well. While at home I like to play tug o war with the dogs and give lots and lots of pets.

Availability
I am currently a student at CU Boulder with a fairly open schedule. I have large breaks between classes and free weekends to care for pets. I am available for dog boarding Mon-Sun and have plenty of time to take dogs out, go one walks, and play with them.
