I’m the go-to pet sitter for all of my friends and family and am looking to expand my services to the community to help pay for nursing school! I’ve taken care of multiple different breeds of dogs, small and large, and currently own three of my own. Two of my dogs are senior dogs, so I am familiar with administering medication and toileting as needed. I also have experience with dogs with disabilities, as my American Eskimo was born completely blind and I’ve cared for him since he was a puppy, including all of his training. I have some experience with cats as well. I’ve also owned and cared for ferrets, turtles, hedgehogs, hamsters and Guinea pigs. I’m very respectful to all different boundaries dogs may have, and can adapt to any situation to ensure your pets are comfortable in my care. I’m currently a nursing student, so I am usually busy with a three hour class from Monday to Friday. I’m able to care for pets both before and after class, as well as do overnights as needed. My schedule is flexible as I’m not working a traditional job at the moment to focus on my senior year of school. I’m able to accommodate the pet owner’s needs however they see fit. I’m familiar with crate training, and I’ve also worked jobs where the pets are free roaming within the house. I can walk dogs or let them roam a fenced in area while I sit outside and watch. I like to do my best to keep the pet in their usual routine while their owner is away so I’m more than happy to follow whatever regimen is in place!
