Pet care experience
I’ve cared for cats and dogs for over 15 years in my personal and professional life. My family and community have entrusted me with watching, walking, bathing, and loving their pets. I have experience dog walking in NYC, including all kinds and ages of pups. At home, I care for my rescue kitty Gwen who has taught me how to best care for animals with anxiety or fear. I love animals more than anything and I’m honored to care for your fuzzy family members!

Sydney is wonderful with my oupoy. She’s convinced him to walk further and further every day, and she plays with his toys with him when they get back. She’s incredibly flexible and responsible. Totally recommend!
Sydney has been wonderful! My dog can take some time getting used to people and he warmed up to her very quickly. She is super responsive and responsible and has been very understanding of my schedule. I feel very relieved to have found her- 10 out of 10 would recommend!!
Sydney is INCREDIBLE with our pup! She has taken care of our bernedoodle in a variety of situations (walks and overnight boarding) for over a year now, and it's incredible the way she loves your pets like her own. We’ve seen firsthand how caring and loving she is towards her own fur baby, and our pup goes crazy whenever she comes over - he literally jumps into her arms with gusto! Whenever we have an out of town trip, Sydney is our first choice to take care of our pup, and we feel super secure that our pup will have a great time with and be well care by her. Sydney definitely has a way with animals, and they seem to love her as much as she loves them. On top of how much your pet will love her, Sydney is communicative, responsible, attentive, and timely, all the things you need in a sitter! She is truly amazing and we can't recommend her enough!
I have known Sydney for over five years, and she is one of my closest friends. Sydney's love for animals is one of the reasons why we are so close - she takes incredibly good care of her cat, Gwen, and loves her so much. Sydney is also amazing with other animals. I trust her with my dog, Roo, more than anyone else. Whenever I go out of town, Roo stays with Sydney, and she always takes such good care of her. I am confident that Sydney would be an exceptional addition to Rover.

I have plenty of time to spend enriching and playing with your cats in your home. We will also discuss what kind of updates you want while I’m there (live, photo, etc.) Peace of mind and excellent care are my primary goals.

Please let me know if your pet has any special needs or behavioral quirks, which I am happy to work with. I have a lot of experience caring for animals with anxiety, including antisocial or PTSD related issues. Leading with empathy is my priority.
A typical day
Enrichment time is extremely important so I like to build in pure play time with their favorite toys and bring them to parks whenever possible! If they are good with recall and socialization, I am happy to utilize off-leash zones in Boston Common or any preferred dog parks.

I’m starting graduate school in the fall so have an open and flexible schedule! I’m available during the week and weekends for drop by visits or walking.
