Pet care experience
Hello! I’m Sydney, and I’d be happy to help you with any and all of your pet care needs! I have been doing volunteer work at various animal charities in Thailand (PACS, Soi Dog, WVS Care For Dogs) since 2018 and I have now returned to the USA to finish a Veterinary Technician Degree. Animal welfare is my passion, and as such, I have experience performing every aspect of animal caretaking, as well as medical care, for all kinds of domestic animals. I am confident and comfortable caring for dogs, cats and other small pets, as well as caring for special needs pets of all kinds. If your dog or cat needs a medication or a special treatment, I am here to help. I am in my second semester of Veterinary school, so I don’t yet have a Veterinary degree, but I am looking forward to making animal care a full-time job in the future. I had never used an app to find someone willing to watch my dog, but Sydney allowed me to have the best first experience!! She sent so many pics of my dog throughout the weekend and responded basically immediately whenever I wanted to check in! She took great care of my fur baby and I would highly recommend her for anyone needing someone to take care of their pet. Thanks, Sydney!!
Always reliable and the dogs love her!
Sydney was a great cat sitter. Our cat, Gilbert, is afraid of all strangers and we didn’t think she would see him at all. There was a “Gilbert” sighting right from day one and he seemed a bit bolder in his daily pictures! We will use her again and maybe next time she’ll get to touch him!!
Sydney was amazing! She helped us out when we were in a bind and with short notice. Plus, our dogs loved her! We would happily use her again!

A typical day
We will go on long or short walks, play with toys, enjoy pets and cuddles. If your pet would like to we can run or jog together or play fetch. I will take care of all medications and meals so you can rest easy knowing your pet is well cared for.

I work part-time from my computer, so I am able to work from anywhere. This means I am available 7 days a week for house-sitting, and I have a wide availability for house calls as well.
