Pet care experience
My family has gotten rescue dogs all our life which tend to have more health issues than others so I know I can handle any mess or important medication and vet schedules that are needed. I’ve been trusted to take care of friends and family dogs for long periods of time and tend to shower them lots of attention.

Sydney is a wonderful pet and house sitter. She sent me pictures, spoiled my animals and kept me updated each day we were gone. We have 3 dogs, 2 cats, a pig, and chickens. They were all snuggled, fed, watered and loved when left with Sydney. I highly recommend her for house and pet sitting and would not choose anyone else but her to watch my animals and house. She is loyal, responsible, and trustworthy. Your animals will thank you for having her take care of them!

With my experience with rescue dogs I can follow any set schedule a pet might have for feeding or medication. When I’m caring for a pet/home I respect all rules including but not limited to furniture, treats and cleaning. My goal is to make sure the homeowner can be as relaxed as possible while they are not home and not have to worry about their pet

The number one thing to know about a dog before I watch them is if they have any spots they don’t like to be touched and if they will be reluctant to me entering the home. I don’t want to do anything that will anger a dog and possibly get a bad reaction. Every dog barks at a new person entering but the important part is if they will jump or appear more defensive rather than welcoming.
A typical day
My dogs favorite activities are going on walks and playing together. They aren’t much for parks or car rides but I love to do that with the dogs I watch.

Availability
I am currently working part time with shifts that last not longer than 4-8 hours. I have no problem running home on a lunch break to let your pet out or feed them if necessary. I love to just sit and hang out when I’m not working so other than that I can put all my free time into caring for your pet.
