I have had three dogs, one was a yellow lab (sadly she passed away a couple years ago) the other is a shih tzu/mutt that we rescued. He is still around, full of lots of energy, he gets along with anyone and any dog (He has all his shots and is neutered). We shared custody of Scooter so he is only here during the week, not here on weekends. We also have a labardoodle, Zola, who is just over a year old. She is well trained but still has a lot of puppy energy so she loves to play. Not only do I have experience with my own dogs, but I have cared for many others through house-sitting (recommendations available upon requests). I have always gotten along with animals and found that they enjoy my company as well. I am someone who is willing to be patient with animals until they are comfortable with me. When working with animals it is my job to make sure they are happy, safe, and at ease. We have a fenced yard and a couple nearby parks & good walking spots.
