Pet care experience
I grew up adopting cats, and dogs. Iv'e also had hamsters, bunnies, fish, and even a horse! When I was 10 I started my own pet sitting business, A Peace Of Mind. Neighbors and friends have trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, and play with their pets while away. Currently I reside in Arden with my cat Gaia. New to the area, moved down here after getting a job with the local tv station - WLOS. I’m the morning new producer! I work through the night so my schedule is pretty flexible, send me a message for a meet and greet or any questions❤️

Miss Sydney was great with my 1.5 year old rescue scarlet, she is a bigger dog so it’s hard to have people watch her. Sydney sent us daily pictures and ACTUALLY reached out when she had any questions instead of just assuming which was awesome! Sydney is a great choice and we will be using her again!
Sydney was the best dog sitter I could have ever asked for. She would spend alot of time taking my dog for walks and playing with him while I was at work or out of town. She is very good with all pets and they all love her. I swear my dog was not ready to leave when I would come to pick him up or would be sad when she had to leave. She gave lots of love and attention to my dog like he was her own. I would 100% recommend her to anyone for pet sitting needs.
I have known Sydney for 4 years. We met each other at Western Carolina University, where we both graduated. Sydney has had an admiration for animals her whole life. It began with her parents getting puppies in her childhood. Her compassion for animals has only grown since then. I have seen her care for dogs, cats, rabbits/bunnies, hamsters, and guinea pigs throughout our friendship. She has incredible character, respect, and values. She is an excellent choice to watch your pet.

I have a fenced in doggy park with plenty of room for roaming and playing. I have one cat which can be separated! Dog crates- must be provided if needed including toys and food.

A typical day
After making sure your animal is fed and loved… I strive to keep your animals entertained with playtime/toys, doggy yoga, lots of rubs and hugs, and whatever else you request. If I were to come to you which I perfer… I will make sure your babies feel safe and comfortable in their home while you’re away and ease your’e mind knowing you’re house, pets, and plants are safe with me❤️

Availability
Working the grave yard shift m-f. Send me a message for any scheduling questions and I will get back to you shortly ! My work hours are from 11 pm until 7 am. They are 8 hour shifts but very flexible to around. Mostly free anytime between 7:30 am - 3 pm, can do later upon request.
