Hi There! My name is Sydney, I’m 27 and am currently living in the Jacksonville Beach, FL! I have worked in the sales industry for the past 2 years, but have decided to take a break and reactivate my rover account after almost 4 years. I have years of experience pet sitting and truly just have a heart for all canines. Growing up, leaving my golden retriever for extended times was very hard for me because I was never sure if she was going to be cared for properly. Well, I am here to assure you, that as long as your precious dog is in my care, they will be loved as if they were my very own! I look forward to meeting and getting to know you, but especially, your pet!

A pet's safety is the number one most important thing to me when watching and caring for them. That is why I have limits on how many dogs I can take for a walk and watch at a time so my attention is not spread thin. If car rides need to be taken, I have dog-safe ways of making sure they're safe while in the car.

Information Sydney P. would like to know about your pet
Of course there’s no better way to get to know a dog than to spend time with them, but there are some things I would love to start off knowing. Basic things would be how old they are, if they are a rescue or not, and what their overall personality is like and if they have any tendencies. I’d also really like to know of any specific things that could make your dog uneasy or uncomfortable, like loud noises or specific smells. I just would want to know so I can make my home, car, and even myself as safe and comfortable as can be for them.
A typical day
-I could plan long or short walks on the beach or any other route they prefer or are use to! (depending on your dog’s ability or preference of course) -I know of wonderful parks and recreational areas around the Jacksonville beach area (fenced in and unfenced) to take walks or spend time playing at! -If your dog likes getting new toys or treats, I would love to plan trips to local pet shops and stores! -I can do daily coat brushing and teeth care if needed. -I also have many recipes on homemade dog treats that I would love to make for your pup, including recipes for dogs with allergies or sensitivities to things like peanuts or wheat.
