Nothing brightens my day like spending time with my (or any) dog! I've grown up around dogs my entire life and consider my dogs my family and best friends. I have spent a lot of time dogsitting for friends and family over the years; from puppies to my shih tzu who lived to be 17, from small dogs to great danes and german shepherds. I am comfortable with all sized dogs and all breeds and am so excited to meet and spend time with your furry friends!

I am very vigilant to make sure collars and leashes are secure to make sure I can walk my dogs (and yours!) both safely and easily. I make sure to take dogs on at least one daily walk, even with a fenced in yard, and let them out to do their business regularly. I love just playing with dogs to help them release some of their energy as well as cuddling and petting them to make sure they get all the love and attention they deserve!

I always like to know about their personalities and if there is anything I should be aware of that startles them. I like to know about favorite toys, treats, favorite walking routes and activities. I also like to know if they are friendly with other dogs.
A typical day
I love going for long walks, and it’s made even better when I have a four-legged friend to join me. I tend to walk dogs in neighborhoods to avoid any high traffic situations. I love to play fetch with dogs to help release some energy (in between giving them lots of love and belly scratches!).

Availability
I work full time, 8:30/9 am - 5 pm during the week. My office is based out of Potomac, but I am able to work remote when and if needed. I am also able to leave work or leave a bit early to help with the dog(s).
