Care for them like they're your kid
Pet care experience
My name is Sydney, and I am a lifelong dog lover. I grew up with two loving dogs in my household. One an Airedale terrier, and the other a Jack Russell Terrier. I've taken care of them along with many other dogs in the past few years. With experience taking care of, walking, and playing with both big and small dogs, I will give your dog exactly what it wants and needs. My availability is very flexible, so mostly anytime you need a dog walker or sitter, I will be there. I'm active, so I can help your furry friend stay active as well. I will be sure to love on your furry friend and give them all the attention they need while you are away.

Upbeat and fun, Riley took to her right away.
Sydney is absolutely wonderful with pets of all sorts and has been great caring for my rambunctious bassett hound! She has experience with both big and little dogs alike and does a great job tending to the dogs needs. So whether it’s quick walks or running around the block & playing with your pet - she is great!
My recently adopted golden retriever, Tripp, has had somewhat of a problem with other female caretakers. Despite the friendly demeanor associated with goldens, Tripp has been unusually aggressive around females and has on more than one occasion both peed and chewed up property (couch corner and iPhone) of his other caretakers. I invested in a class, but Tripp still was always aggressive towards females. The last straw was when he would not stop harassing a female I had brought over for the night. Twice she woke up in the middle of the night to him on her leg doing inappropriate things. Like father like son I guess, but alas I needed to solve the problem of Tripp’s obviously sexist behaviors. A friend of mine who had a somewhat wild little chihuahua recommended Sydney to me, and though I was hesitant at first to let Tripp spend the day, I figured it would be the last sitter I’d try before just taking him to the Camp Bow Wow everyday while I was at work. I got a FaceTime call that first afternoon from Sydney, which I expected to be a sob story about something Tripp had destroyed of hers or that he marked her as his territory, but instead she showed me a tired out dog cuddling with her on the couch. She had taken him to the dog park, given him undivided attention, and done something differently than any other caretakers before. She just seems to have a way with dogs and a calming and caring presence that assured Tripp he would be okay with her. He has spent about 8 days with her in total, and it’s been nothing but a success. She cares for him as I would, treats him with respect, tires him out, and makes him a happy dog. Some people just have a way with animals, and this is certainly one of those people. Thank you for bringing out the good in Tripp. He now is much better when I have female guests over, won’t bark at them in the park or boardwalk, and I owe it all to Sydney.
I’ve known Sydney for several years now and she is one of the most dependable people I know. Having a dog during college is a challenge; I’m constantly running to classes, meetings, work, and other obligations. I could always count on Sydney to stop by my apartment on my busiest days to look after my pup, Viper. Whether it was to take her to the park, a quick walk, or just to feed her Sydney was always there to help!
