Even though Sydney watched our pets nearly a year ago, I am now mustering up the courage to leave this review (I don’t like leaving bad reviews because I’m a nice person). Sydney was very nice at first. My husband and I were traveling internationally for a special occasion. Sydney was unresponsive a lot of the time and rarely sent photos. We had to ask every time. She left our dogs alone for hours and hours almost every day. When we got home, there were urine spots on the floor, most likely from our cocker spaniel who was young and has a small bladder. Sydney told us she would be able to let the dogs go potty every 2-4 hours. Not true at all. She didn’t follow our instructions as far as feeding went. As far as I’m concerned, Sydney had a free place to sleep with free WiFi while doing the absolute bare minimum.

The house was in excellent shape as well as Finlay. No real issues. We would have liked a few more pictures.
