Sydney was great and is very friendly! Would recommend to anyone!

Sydney did not stick to the schedule of care agreed to in writing based on information provided by her. She changed her schedule to add meetings and absences after we were gone on vacation. She called our contacts to cover this and did not inform us ahead of time. She described herself as having a dependable car. Yet claimed her car needed repair on a Friday night. This resulted in her being away 12 hours without notifying us. She refused alternate offer of a ride to our home once we discovered dog alone. In the end, she abandoned care and used our emergency back up to pick up our dog at 10:00 p.m. at night three days early. We met with Sydney twice to share the importance of our rescue dog having a predictable schedule and not being left alone too long. Sydney provided a schedule of work and school commitments and then confirmed the schedule worked in writing. Sydney did a nice job when she was with our dog and presents herself in a poised manner. Yet, in the end, she did not seem to have the best interests of our dog in mind over, in her words, her being entitled to seeing friends, job, school and studying. Bottom line, not honest about ability to fulfill this job unless flexible schedule means dog owner needs to be flexible and not depend on consistent care.
