I grew up with dogs and began pet-sitting in 2022 after a coworker needed someone to care for their cats for a week. Since then, I’ve cared for pets for other coworkers and friends, and I’ve fostered two cats who have since been adopted. I’m very comfortable caring for cats and dogs, and it’s important to me that pets’ basic needs are met while also giving them plenty of attention, playtime, and companionship so they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away.

This was my first time leaving my cat with a sitter and I couldn’t have been more at peace knowing she was so happy and cared for. Sydney gave regular updates throughout the day with lots of pictures. I could tell my cat was so content and had a mini vacation while I was gone which made me feel less bad for leaving her for the week. Would highly recommended Sydney to any pawrents! :)

Schedule
I have a flexible schedule, work from home twice a week, and enjoy open weekends, which allows me to easily accommodate drop-in visits or provide extended care for pets.

When caring for pets, I follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medication if needed, and any special routines. I keep spaces clean and tidy, leaving everything as I found it. I also make sure pets get plenty of attention, playtime, and companionship, and I like to send photos to reassure and update owners while they’re away.
