Pet care experience
I have three dogs and three cats at home and have lived with a variety of animals my whole life. I make it a priority to make sure animals in my care get the proper attention and stimulation needed so that they can have the best quality of life that I can provide!

I can’t say enough good things about Sydney! I am so happy I found her. Archie ( my French bulldog ) does not do very well with anyone other than myself so I was extremely hesitant to even start the process of finding someone to take care of him. I explained his personality to Sydney and she was willing to at least try. She was so patient with me and understood that I wanted to take things slow with Archie. She made the time to come to my home to just sit with me and talk so Archie could get familiar with her voice and I truly appreciated that. I will definitely continue to have Sydney help me with Archie and I’m so very grateful she’s still willing to take care of him even though he’s a bit grumpy :)

I have a fenced yard and plenty of room inside for animals to play. Your pets will be free to hang out in my home with my other dogs and are allowed on furniture and to sleep in my bed. My goal is to have your pets feel comfortable and like they are part of the family. If I need to leave my home for any reason while your dog is in my care I will be sure to let you know, otherwise I supervise pets at all times. If bringing pets to my home, I prefer to do meet and greets beforehand to ensure everyone gets along. I also like to do meet and greets prior to drop-ins/walks so that the animals can be familiar with me and I can become familiar with their routines. Please note that for any drop-in/walks requested that are greater than 4 miles away, I will request an additional $2 per mile to compensate for driving time.

Please let me know of the dog’s normal routine including feeding, activity, and sleeping arrangement. I will let you know if I foresee any reason that I might have to leave the house in which case I will need to know if your dog needs to be crated/to provide a crate.
A typical day
Weather permitting, I like to walk any dogs in my care at least once a day. I have a fenced in yard and the dogs have full access to run around inside at my home. I also have plenty of toys to play with and of course my dogs to play with as well!

Availability
I work full time from home and spend most of my evenings/weekends at home as well. The flexibility I have due to my job allows me to accommodate most of your pet care needs.
