Pet care experience
Hi there! Dog lover here looking to help out some fellow dog loving and hard working RVA residents. I've been caring for dogs since as long as I can remember- both my own and dogs of my neighborhood growing up. I also served as a volunteer service dog raiser while attending college. I've worked with puppies, seniors, and everything in between. I love animals so much, and I will always do everything possible to ensure their health and happiness. I have dog walking availability M-F from 6:00 Am-9:00 am and 5-9 PM. Weekend availability varies. Please reach out to me if you’d like me to be there for your dog when you unfortunately aren't able to be! More references available upon request. Thank you!

Sydney was an amazing pet and house sitter. More importantly, she seems to be just a really trustworthy person. She stayed at our house, took great care of our dog, cat and house. She was easy to communicate with and was wonderful at sending us updates throughout our time away. We definitely hope she will come stay again and think she is amazing.

I am the owner of a 12 year old lab mix, who's a very timid dog, and usually does not like outsiders. I've been using Sydney as a dog sitter for years, and I must say, she is fantastic! She consistently updates me with pictures of my pooch throughout the sessions. Not only does my dog appear comfortable, but she is also outright HAPPY when under Sydney's care. I always know she's in good hands. Highly recommend her to care for your fur baby as well!
Sydney would be a great asset for Rover as a dog caregiver. Over time, I have seen and learned firsthand how loving and caring she is towards dogs and all other pets. The foundation of her care is centered around a love for dogs and the knowledge of behaviors and tendencies she's gained through countless interactions/experiences over the years. Sydney feels an innate responsibility of putting the well-being of dogs first and foremost, and as such, would make an excellent addition to Rover.com.
