Hi! My name is Sydney and I’m a recent VCU graduate. I love animals and would love to help care for your pets while you’re away! I’ve lived with dogs my whole life- my family currently has a shih tzu and two golden doodles. I also have my own 1-year-old shih-poo named Wednesday. I have over 5 years of professional experience with pet sitting for local clients. I’ve worked with dogs, cats, and some small mammals. I also gained experience working at a certified pet resort in Culpeper. As a pet-sitter, I will ensure that your pups receive the same love and care I give to my dogs. I’m available to visit your home a few times a day or sleep over while you're out of town. I’m located in Mineral but am willing to travel. I’m available to start ASAP.

I have no breed preferences. I have worked with a variety of dog breeds/personalities but I always like to be aware of any unique characteristics (ex: if they pull on a leash, have anxiety, etc). It’s also important for me to be aware of a history of violence/dog aggression.
A typical day
While pet-sitting your dogs, I will follow their feeding schedule, regularly take them outside, and play with their favorite toys. I’m also open to special requests, such as walking them around your neighborhood.
