Hello my name is Sydney and I am a 2nd year veterinary student. I have been working in the veterinary and animal field for about 10 years. From working in a pet hotel for 4 years and as a veterinary technician for 5 I have vast experience with dogs and cats of all shapes, sizes, and needs. I also have years of experience with farm animal care as well. I am comfortable administering medications or any other accommodations your pet may need.

Sydney is a spectacular dog sitter. I have always used her as a sitter whenever I have gone away for the past year. She has treated my dog like one of her own! I really appreciate how she takes the time to bring my pet on adventures to the park and takes lots of pictures for me! Additionally, she is a veterinary student, so she is not only very knowledge in pet care, but also has a keen eye if there is ever anything wrong with your pet! I would trust Sydney with my animals any day!

I can offer long walks or runs if your dog prefers more exercise! I also live close by to a dog park if your dog prefers play time with other dogs. I have 2 personal dogs both extremely dog friendly and frequent the dog park. My roommate is also a veterinary student who would be around to offer some extra TLC!

A typical day
I live less than 5 miles away from Kissel park and 10 from the state park! I also have a large neighborhood to walk in!

Availability
During the school year I work very rarely at the veterinary hospital, picking up shifts when my class work load is light. I’m typically unavailable from 8-4 during the week day with an hour break for lunch. However on the weekends I am available all day. As far as boarding and house sitting I am available all week as long as you are okay with your pet being alone during my classes. My class schedule does vary and some days I am home earlier than 4 and leave later than 8, so that’s something we can discuss. I am flexible with my days so just reach out and we can see what we can arrange!
