I am between jobs in mental health as a I prepare/apply to grads school so have plenty of freedom for the time being to care for your dog! I grew up with dogs and am animal lover in general (I also have experience caring for cats, small animals, reptiles, horses, etc) I am a big runner and would love to take your dog running or walking (whatever is preferred!). I really enjoy the company of a dog (or multiple!) and am more than willing to go on long walks. I can handle "difficult" dogs and can cater to their specific needs. I have experience with both senior dogs and puppies. Back home I regularly care for a blind/deaf senior golden retriever. I helped my roommate raise an Aussie puppy the last two years- I took care of him most days. My family would also care for a senior yellow lab for months at a time. I will have availability for overnights and I currently don’t have dogs or any pets of my own living with me. I also recently spent 3 months in the UK housesitting/petsitting my way across the country. I cared for entire farms, dogs, cats, goats, horses, birds, etc with great success!
