I have had dogs and cats as pets all my life, and have 5 years experience working in the pet care field. I have worked at pet stores, boarding/daycare facilities, grooming, and veterinary care. I can walk, feed and bathe almost any pet. I have cared for dogs 1lb- 200lbs. I love and have experience with dogs, cats, birds, snakes, lizards, spiders, rabbits, guinea pigs and more.

We love Sydney! My dog, Jojo, absolutely adores his time with Sydney each week. Jojo gets so excited when he gets his mid-afternoon walk and play session. I feel that it has improved his quality of life having the extra interaction and enrichment. Booking Sydney has given me the piece of mind when I’m away for work or on vacation; I know I can count on them to meet Jojo’s needs in my absence.
Sydney is wonderful with animals. She is very thoughtful and gives excellent care to our dogs and cats. She has several years experience working with a large variety of dogs and cats. I would recommend her to everyone!

I would start by making sure they have gotten a potty break, then feed and water them based on your needs. I would then take time to connect, learn your pet's boundaries and spend time playing. Make sure they get another potty break or walk after eating. I also do basic health checks and take note if they need their ears cleaned, a nail trim, or anything else requiring attention.

A typical day
I love to tailor the day to your dog's individual needs. Do they have boundless energy? We can go for a walk, visit a nearby park where we can run, look for sights and smells that will be stimulating for them physically and mentally. Do they like to spend all day on the couch? We can go for a slow walk, find a nice shady spot at the park, and get lots of belly rubs!

Availability
I am doing full time pet care, looking for clients who are in need of walks and grooming, when I am not caring for my own pets! I am available every day and can work with almost any schedule. I make blankets for pets as well, and am looking to branch into pet costumes and new grooming services!
