I have always loved dogs, but I have never had the chance to have one of my own. This is a great way for me to have some quality dog time with the extra time I have when I’m not in class. I have taken care of cats my whole life and cared for friend’s dogs and have been dog sitting through Rover since 2018. I love to run around with them and play with them as long as their hearts desire. I can take any sort of jumping or slobber the dogs have to offer, and I'll enjoy every minute of it! I also am happy to take care of cats or any other animals you may have. I look forward to meeting you and your fur child!

When we met Sydney she was extremely attentive and professional. Her attention for detail and care for our dogs was apparent which made us feel comfortable that she would be a good fit for us. While we were away Sydney was very responsive to our messages and sent us multiple updates. The house was left clean and our dogs were extremely happy. We would 100% recommend Sydney!
Sydney was great! She stayed in my home for 3 nights watching my Shepherd mix Summer. This was my first time using Rover and leaving Summer with someone other than family, so I was a bit nervous. Sydney was reliable and took good care of my home while I was away.
Sydney is a reliable and amazing sitter! My German Shepherd loves her, and there's always comfort and safety leaving her in Sydney's care!!

In my home, I clean up everything and put everything that the dog may get into away before having them over. I speak with the owner ahead of time to make sure there aren’t specific things I should hide / prepare. While in your home, I am happy to take in mail, packages, newspapers or bring out garbage/recycling. I plan to keep everything clean and tidy and make sure everything is just the way it was upon your arrival home! I also can spend majority of my days in your home with your pets as long as I have WiFi to do my homework! 😊

A typical day
I love to go on walks and keep active, so I will definitely be able to keep your pups happy with playing and adventures! For those low energy and nap-friendly dogs, I’m more than happy to relax with and provides lots of pets and love!!

Availability
I am currently a full-time graduate student and I plan on updating my schedule each semester. As of 9/1/2023: My classes are every Thursday 5-7:30pm and certain Mondays 5-7:30pm (9/18, 10/2, 10/30, 11/13, 11/27, 12/11). I am also an intern through my graduate program and will be doing that on Mondays at 8:30-11am, Tuesday 8:30-4:30pm, and Wednesdays 8:30-3pm. Additionally, I’m a part-time graduate assistant (GA) at my school. Hours for this semester are 12-5pm Mondays remote and 12-5pm Thursdays in-person. My GA hours are flexible, so if I need to adjust these, I can.
