I am an animal lover. Growing up my family had a total of 5 dogs, 2 cats, 4 hamsters, a rabbit and a multitude of fish. After I graduated college, I moved to Denver for my first real job. I missed having a house full of animals, but was not ready for the responsibility of my own yet. I resorted to offering to babysit my friends dogs whenever they were out of town. I ended up meeting a Golden Retriever named Izzy on a walk in the neighborhood. I started babysitting her whenever her owner was out of town (and that was a lot). Sometimes I would have Izzy for 2 plus weeks at a time. It has been almost 5 years since I started babysitting Izzy and almost 2 years ago I took home my own Golden Retriever puppy named Berkeley! I am signing up for Rover as a dog walker/sitter because I want to help people who are busy with work or traveling. I know from experience how stressful it can be to leave your dog for a period of time, but you don’t need to worry, your fur baby is in good hands with me!!
