Pet care experience
In fifth grade I volunteered to take care of the kitties for a local rescue group on the weekends, and began fostering kittens for the next couple years. I’ve had a wide variety of pets growing up, including cats, dogs of various sizes, turtles and fish! I’ve been pet sitting for the past year now and would love to work for you on my journey.

Sydney was in charge of helping with foster cats at adoption events at Petsmart for Lost Paws Rescue. Her tasks included cleaning cages, scooping litter boxes, providing food and fresh water, and of course petting and cuddling the cats to help with their socialization and eventual adoption into loving homes. Sydney and her family also fostered adult cats for the rescue organization, and adopted some of the harder-to-adopt cats. Sydney is a lifelong animal lover and I would trust her to care for my own pets, and I have referred her to petsit for rescue adopters as well.
Sydney has taken care of my precious Pugs a few times in my home, and I've been very happy with the service! She has been avail last min to come feed them if I need her OR has stayed at my house when I've been out of town so she's pretty flexible with my needs. I know my dogs are in good hands!

I’d like to know if your pet has any separation anxiety, or if they have a change in eating behaviors when you’re away. Additionally, if there are multiple pets in one household, do they tend to get along with each other?
A typical day
If your pets enjoy walking at a nearby park or around your neighborhood I would take them there to keep up with their routine. Ill let them explore, and can play fetch or bring one of their favorite toys to let out some energy.

I work from home on my handcrafted small business, and am able to visit as often/ stay as long as necessary in the day time, and can visit before bed time once again :)
