Hi! I have worked in the dog care industry for over ten years. I worked in a dog daycare throughout college then for a small private company that took dogs hiking out on a huge farm. I now proudly work for a local non profit dog rescue. My entire day focuses around caring for all of the dogs at the rescue- which consists of a lot! There is feeding, administering medication, behavioral and medical assessments- as well as making sure they get love and exercise! I am no stranger to dogs with some behavioral challenges. I don't ever tire from being around dogs- I am always happy to get come home to my own dogs- my 4 year old rescue Catahoula mix, Gertie and my cattledog puppy, Billie. I am no stranger to big dogs either as I was the lucky owner of a Great Dane who lived until he was 12. I have always enjoyed short walks in the neighborhood with senior dogs and long walks or hikes with the wild ones! Your dog will get as much as exercise as it needs in order to be a calm and happy pup. My schedule at the rescue is flexible and varies to always provide plenty of time for getting outside. And of course, I'll send you as many pictures and videos as you'd like!
