Pet care experience
I am a college student and currently studying at Cleveland State for a degree in health science. My family has dogs and I would provide lots of love for yours. I have plenty of experience with smaller dogs but I am up for the challenge for bigger dogs too! I have over 13 years of experience with dogs. I have experience with senior dogs and puppies as well. I am very flexible with schedules and love all kinds of dogs. I love going on walks with my 9 year old dachshund Pretzel and my 1 year old puppy Dunkin! I understand how important keeping your pets safe and happy means and I will go the extra mile to make sure they are in good hands! I am very tidy and respectful of other people’s home. I would love to watch your dog or dogs while you are gone! It would bring me joy to keep your pet company while you are unable to! I am currently working part time, so I am flexible with hours and availability with watching dogs. I am available most mornings as well as some evenings and nights. I like to set up a meet and greet beforehand to make sure the owner and dog are comfortable! I like to make sure the first thing I know is about if any dogs are on medications. I care for others pets like I do with my own, so I would make sure to safely take them out and make sure the environment is okay!

We hired Sydney to drop in on our 2 big dogs. We were out of town for most of the day and needed to make sure they had a bathroom break. She sent a couple photos and was great with communication. Super happy with her service!
Sydney was amazing! She came a few days a week for a couple months while my work scheduled had changed. My puppy is full of lots of energy and she was able to handle of all of her. Sydney took her for 2 walks a day and gave her plenty of exercise. She sent me lots of photos and updates to let me know how she was doing, it made me feel a lot better when I was at work. I would definitely hire her again.
This was my first time needing a dog sitter since Covid has started and I was a little nervous having a stranger in my home. But Sydney did really well with my dog Sam and she gave me updates and pictures of him too, which made me feel a lot better about having a dog sitter! I would 10/10 book Sydney again.
Sydney was very polite when I met her and my dogs absolutely adored her. We did a meet and greet before and she treated them like they were her own dogs. I have to beagles and she was amazing with them. I booked her to watch them for 2 nights and she was amazing. She gave me updates on how they were doing and lots of pictures too! I will definitely book her again when I need to.

Another thing to know is if the dog is a biter, or gets nervous around new people. This information is important to know ahead of time because of the safety of myself and the dog.
A typical day
Some fun activities that I would do with the dogs I watch would be playing in the yard, mentally and physically. I would love to go on paths in the metro parks or even walks around the neighborhood. I would take the dog to a local park and make sure they get plenty of exercise!
