Pet care experience
I am located on the island of Holden Beach and only offer in-home care on the island. I love taking my dogs for walks on the beach when the weather is nice, and will do the same for any pups in my care. I have a 30 foot check cord so pups can enjoy their time on the beach without being attached to my hip the entire time! I have experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and special needs. I also have experience administering medication of all kinds. I graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2012 and from the University of Louisville's Brandeis School of Law in 2015. How wonderful to be able to leave your pup with someone who gives you total peace of mind! Sydnee was willing to meet with us for a “meet and greet” before leaving our dog with her for 5 days. We received a photo and update daily, and it was clear our dog felt right at home. I definitely recommend Sydnee as a dog sitter and plan to use her again soon.

We are so grateful to Sydnee for taking such good care of Sammy! He is a rescue and we were very nervous about leaving him with someone else for the first time. He looked very happy when we picked him for a couple of walks (Sydnee was very accommodating so we could visit him) and he got lots of exercise. We loved getting updates and pictures during his stay. Sydnee took such great care of our 4 mo old cavalier. Our puppy was well taken care of and we never worried about her the entire week. Sydnee sent pictures and was always quick to respond to our texts. I will definitely book again with Sydnee. She was accommodating, kind, and it is evident she loves dogs!!!

While I am generally willing to work through most issues, I prefer to have as in-depth of an explanation as possible regarding such behavior or requirements to determine whether I will be a good fit to care for your dog.
A typical day
I spend most of my free time taking my dogs to the beach. In my care, your dog will receive the same treatment, along with plenty of walks around neighborhood, treats, and belly rubs!
