I’ve owned three dogs being a German shepherd a pit bull and a chihuahua so I’m well versed in walking and taking care of small to medium sized dogs. I can walk and maintain a couple dogs at a time. I’m well adept in the treat system I rewarded my dogs with treats when they did well. I have a yard that I can take the dogs out to potty and or play. It is trimmed and fenced and away from the road. I have hardwood floored areas in the house for dogs to stay and be comfortable without worrying of breaking anything. Walking will of course be the full 30 minutes, and if the dog is active than may take it for a jog. For home visits I will make sure the dog is taken care of in every aspect as I would my own. That includes playing and feeding of course. Dog boarding I will make sure the dog is well fed and checked on throughout the night, and that it’s area is doggy proof and not only safe for me but for you pet.
