Pet care experience
I have years of experience in multiple pet careers. From being a Vet Internship, Training Service Dogs, Animal Sitting (farm and house animals), Dog Walking, and more. I have volunteered for multiple organizations with animals - Healing 4 Heros (volunteered): a service dog organization that helps veterans - Tails of Hope (worked and volunteered): a service dog organization that helps veterans and other disabled people who could use a service dog in their lives. - R. E. A. L. K9 Training: I have helped train service dogs for this organization as well. - K9 Unleashed (worked): Dog boarding and day care center I have helped trained multiple dogs in not only basic obedience but also in service dog task training, reactivity, fear phases and etc. I have volunteered at about three vet clinics. For big and small animals. Southern Crescent Equine Service (Equine) Tier praktisch (Small animals in Germany) Ridgway Animal Hospital (Small Animals) I believe I have job recommendation letters from two of them. I have watched over all types of animals, from day to day care, to brining dogs on hikes, lake days, etc. I've cared for ponies and exercised them. I have experience with snakes, hamsters, guinea pigs, bunnies, cats, fish, etc.

Svea was great!! She was so good with our dogs and treated them as her own. She brought toys to help our puppy as he is still learning and that was amazing! She was very communicative and easy to work with. Our dogs loved her and I will definitely be using her again!
Svea was amazing!! I have a previously abused, pretty shy dog who’s been scared of every other sitter I’ve had for her. But she loved Svea immediately and even cuddled with her at bed time 🥹🥹. Will definitely recommend her and book her again!!

I have not updated my dogs first aid or CPR status certification wise but I do know about dog first aid.

A typical day
I love to treat any pet as my own and will keep an eye on whatever this pet may need. Every dog is different, every dog needs something customized for them. I will be asking multiple questions to the owners to make sure I know what the dog likes and does not. If they have a favorite spot to walk, a toy or a favorite thing to do. Wether it's a special walk, a day at the lake, a day at the dog park or playing a certain game (like fetch, tag, etc), I will do. I will make sure they have a certain thing that simulates them mentally, physically and allows for an amazing experience for not only the dog but the owner as well.

Availability
Pet care is extremely important to me and I will make sure to make time for your animals and care for them as I would my own. I have a pretty flexible schedule due to being a server with easy scheduling hours. I am also a college student but have a pretty open schedule with that as well. As long as I have at least a two days heads up (sometimes last minute depending on the day) I will most likely have time to care for your pet!
