I have been an animal advocate and rescuer for as long as I can remember. I have a history of dog sitting for neighbors and friends and have owned a dog (or more) since I was 3. My passion has always been for the rescues that had a rough beginning- taking care of those that need a little extra love and understanding. Dogs and children make me happy :-) I recently resigned from my position as an elementary teacher after 20+ years, now I focus my time on teaching about health and wellness for everyone in your family, including our fur babies. We recently rescued a new lil guy to add to our family who had been through quite a bit in his first 8 years, rounding us out to 3 pets. Now we currently reside with 2 rescue pups and an ornery old cat named Lilly. lol
