My experience with dogs started when I was 6. I grew up having to take care of a Bichon Frise, training, walking, and feeding her till she had passed. I've also raised a Golden Retriever, teaching him tricks, taking him to dog parks, grooming, and feeding him as well. In my late teens I worked in a dog kennel. I would clean kennels, groom, feed, give them medications, shots, and check their heart beat. Since then, I now own a rabbit which I love and plan to get my degree in animal ecology.
