Pet care experience
I am a dog lover. I have always had dogs. I know how to train, and/or reinforce training. Exercise, play, or just chill, I have an easy going household with an elderly laid back Golden Retriever and two adults. Sometimes little people too. I understand the importance of keeping your dogs routine in place while they are in our home. I also know how to give medications and care for recovering dogs (injuries, illnesses, etc.) I will love your pet as you do.

We dropped off our dog for a weekend on very short notice and Suzy was very accommodating and responsive to questions and messages. Suzy was very kind and welcoming when we arrived to drop off our puppy. She also sent us an update during our trip which was awesome. Overall, Suzy is a great sitter and we will likely rebook in the future.
Suzy and her husband were very welcoming of Loki and it is obvious that he was well cared for and enjoyed his stay with them. Loki is very social and gets along well with other dogs, and he had opportunities for play and interaction with other dogs while staying with Suzy, not the least of which was spending time with Suzy's dog, Sully. I will definitely contact Suzy again for future boarding opportunities. Thank you, Suzy, for taking great care of my furry boy.
Suzy was absolutely amazing to waffle. She watched him for us last minute and he was comfortable and happy the week he was with her. When we picked him up he seemed happy and relaxed.
Suzy was awesome! I had an extremely short notice booking and she happily took Coda. She sent me pics to let me know how she was doing. Coda seemed very happy there! I will definitely use her again if needed!

I incorporate grooming, mental stimulation, and of course, exercise into our daily routine. I have the ability to separate the dogs for mealtimes, when necessary. Night-time is relaxed with lots of petting and snuggling. Outside play time is always supervised. Your pup will not be "let out" by itself, ever. I don't have a fence in the yard so I take walks and potty breaks on a leash.

Please let me know everything about your pup. I want to make sure I understand their needs to provide the most comfortable environment for them. Examples: medications, feeding times, special toys or blankets that should not be shared. Please provide updated proof of immunization. Also, the name and phone number of your vet. Also, an emergency contact if you will not be available at all. I do not have crates. If your pup absolutely needs one, please bring along. Otherwise, he/she will be sleeping where he is most comfortable. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR DOG HAS FLEA/TICK PREVENTION. For the first time in 20 years we have ticks in our yard.
A typical day
I will walk, play games to stimulate their brain, and make grooming fun. My pup loves to play ball, so I do that too. Frisbee is another favorite. In the summer, I have a kiddie pool set up for cooling off.
