We booked Suzi for house-sitting to take care of our cat Tigress while on vacation for a week-and-a-half and she helped us feel at ease that Tigress could be at ease as much as possible and enjoy her usual schedule and surroundings even though we were gone. Suzy was communicative and we received daily picture updates. There was a minor issue regarding the amount of time that could ultimately be spent with our pet due to unfortunate circumstances, and although we didn’t feel that Tigress was being neglected, she is very used to having people around consistently. We were okay with being flexible with scheduling and leaving for some periods of time (since our place was actually very close by), but pretty clear about Tigress’s preferences and felt that they perhaps weren’t being consistently met throughout the appointment. I felt the communication around these issues could have been a bit better, and warranted some discussion as well as expectation setting on my end. All that being said, I wouldn’t mind hiring Suzi again. She took good care of Tigress and it seems like our cat is even more spoiled than before.

Suzi was fantastic with our boys. She was very patient with them and checked in plenty. They were given tons of love. She will be watching them again very soon! We are happy we found someone who our dogs can cuddle and play with when we are gone ? ? Def recommend!
