Suzanne took care of my doggie for me for just a bit over a week. Next time I need a sitter, I will certainly be seeking Suzanne’s assistance. She was amazing! She stayed in touch with me throughout the entire time I was gone and sent updates regularly. I can say that my doggie was very happy and well taken care of during her stay with Suzanne. I would highly recommend her!

I took both of my puppies to be cared for before leaving town, on this sitter’s watch both of them escaped from her control and my sweet girl Elsa, in complete fear and loneliness (separated from my other dog), ended up being hit and killed by a car in this sitter’s complex. I left my dogs there, excitedly, to come home to safely to and instead I am coming home to arrange cremation services for the dog who I grew up my entire life with. Words do not even being to scratch the surface of the devastation and overwhelming grief that I and my family are now experiencing. Our other dog had still not even been found or captured until we made an 8 hour drive back to Vegas and searched for her at 3 in the morning in the complex, without the sitter’s help. I will never be leaving my animals with a sitter or with anyone on Rover again, please take every precaution possible with your animals and book pet boarding somewhere where it can be GUARANTEED that you will come home to your babies being alive and healthy.
